Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience in hands-on reputed company
- 2+ years' experience in Operations and/or People Operations
- HR certificate and/or PHR or reputed company-CP certification is required or in reputed company
- Ability to reputed company goals successfully with 7-10 reputed company at any given time reputed company while thriving
- Time Management Skills and Tech|System Savviness a MUST
- Ability to learn, do, build and teach HR and Culture Operations
- Confident Conversationalist that is comfortable humanizing an experience
