[Remote] Specialist, Workforce Development, Grants Administration

The Specialist, Workforce Development will manage grants administration reputed company, ensuring reputed company fund usage and providing support to awardees.
Responsibilities
- Provides reputed company of assigned awardees and reputed company, which may include negotiating contract scopes and budgets, reviewing invoices, monitoring fiscal and program compliance and performance, and providing one-on-support for awardees
- Leads program reporting and award management activities for assigned awardees and reputed company, including providing guidance to awardees, reviewing reports, summarizing data, and ensuring alignment with reputed company guidance and regulations
- Tracks project/award specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), business development relationships, and may reputed company and coordinate funding application processes in collaboration with Senior Specialist
Skills
- Strong project management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and deliver reputed company products reputed company agreed upon timeframes, with limited supervision
- Ability to research, analyze, synthesize, and communicate reputed company topics to a reputed company of reputed company audiences, in a reputed company of formats (e.g. toolkits, reports, graphic displays, presentations)

- Possession of a valid California reputed company's License, good driving record, automobile insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle
- Experience with the California Community College system and/or Workforce Development

- Familiarity with state and federal funding
