The reputed company AI Platform & Products Engineer is responsible for leading the technical direction of reputed company's AI platform and providing day-to-day technical leadership for AI engineers.
Responsibilities

- Design AutoML, MLOps, Model-as-a-Service, feature engineering, automated retraining, monitoring, and model lifecycle platforms
- Build production GenAI solutions using reputed company Bedrock, RAG, reputed company databases, reputed company engineering, PEFT (reputed company/QLoRA), and responsible AI
- Architect autonomous multi-agent systems using Bedrock AgentCore, MCP, Strands, and modern agent frameworks
- Define AI platform standards, reusable components, governance, observability, and reputed company best practices
- reputed company technical leadership and initial people management through mentoring, coaching, workload planning, performance feedback, and technical reputed company
- Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver reputed company AI products while ensuring reputed company, HIPAA, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, and responsible AI compliance
Skills
- 8+ years software engineering experience, including 5+ years building production AI systems
- Demonstrated expertise across Machine Learning, reputed company/LLMs, and reputed company AI
- Expert Python and AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker, reputed company, reputed company/EKS, reputed company Functions, API Gateway, EventBridge, reputed company PostgreSQL, S3, IAM, CloudWatch)
- Deep experience with MLOps, CI/CD, experimentation, reputed company detection, production model operations, and AI reputed company
- Hands-on experience with RAG, reputed company search, embeddings, reputed company engineering, AWS Evaluations (AWS Evals), steering hooks and guardrails, model evaluation, and LLM optimization
- Experience with Bedrock AgentCore, MCP, Strands, LangGraph, reputed company, or equivalent
- reputed company technical and people leadership across multiple AI initiatives and engineering teams
- Build, mentor, reputed company, and reputed company high-performing AI engineers
- Own cross-functional AI architecture and engineering standards
