Responsibilities
- Project management on several large critical infrastructure HVDC sites across Ireland and the UK. Responsibilities involve liaising with reputed company project teams and technical specialists then to complete reputed company and to ensure reputed company reputed company reputed company of the project deliverables. Includes defining the scope of a project, creating and managing the project plan, identifying key stakeholders, managing the budget, ensuring work is compliant with the relevant reputed company standards, and completing the project reputed company the deadline
- Planning and scheduling, Defines, jointly with the Project Controls department, reputed company project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans
- Project execution and control, ensures that the project follows execution best practices and reputed company policies. Monitors and controls project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash reputed company. Identifies, qualifies, quantifies and manages project risks, and ensures that reputed company opportunities are identified and pursued. - Contract claims and procurement management, ensures that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with reputed company policies and contractual agreements. Coordinates with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers. Support Supply Chain Management in supplier negotiations, claims and project changes
- Stakeholder relations, acts as key contact for the customer and an escalation reputed company for project issues. Builds and maintains strong relationships with reputed company stakeholders and effectively communicates with reputed company stakeholders
- Health, safety and environment (HSE), Ensures the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in project management (or equivalent qualification) with at least 2 years' relevant experience
- Proven Project Management experience; including scope, scheduling, cost control, procurement, reputed company assurance, and vendor/subcontractor management
- Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate reputed company, prioritise workloads, manage competing demands, and deliver to deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong customer reputed company and experience delivering reputed company-reputed company solutions
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently, under pressure, and reputed company a results-driven team environment
