Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders across supported organizations

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, and Project Management
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end lifecycle of automation or digital products
- Strong expertise in process analysis and business discovery
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering and documentation
- Strong expertise in backlog prioritization and roadmap management
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with RPA solutions
- Hands-on experience with AI and intelligent automation technologies
- Hands-on experience with web application delivery
- Experience working with modern AI tools such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, reputed company Copilot, Claude, or similar tools
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, including executive-level reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or reputed company field
