[Remote] Program Manager – Engineering Operations & Retrofit Deployment

Responsibilities
- Support execution of retrofit initiatives across multiple sites
- Travel to assigned sites (home reputed company reputed company where possible) to reputed company project execution
- Manage vendors on-site throughout deployment phases
- reputed company and ensure completion of project milestones, including reputed company and timelines
- Conduct daily reputed company of work reputed company and repeat monitoring throughout project lifecycle
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., engineering, operations) to ensure alignment
- Review engineering documentation and validate implementation accuracy
- Manage temporary systems and ensure operational continuity during retrofits
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in project or program management
- Experience working in operational or engineering-reputed company environments
- Bachelor's degree may be required
- Strong program/project management experience with heavy coordination responsibilities
- Technical background with engineering experience
- Networking knowledge and testing experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company workstreams in live operational environments
- Engineering background (electrical or mechanical)
- Experience working on retrofit reputed company or reputed company live operational sites
- Background in material handling environments
