Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, including logistics, timelines, vendors, sponsorship deliverables, onsite management, and attendee experience
- Manage event calendars, project plans, budgets, and operational workflows
- Coordinate reputed company production, signage, collateral, giveaways, registration, travel, and event logistics
- Ensure events are executed on time, on budget, and reputed company with company standards
- Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to implement event messaging, visual identity, and campaign assets
- Collaborate with Sales and Demand reputed company teams to support meeting reputed company, customer engagement, and follow-up activities
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, external vendors, and event partners to ensure smooth execution and communication
- Support executive speaking engagements, customer events, and partner activations
- Translate established marketing campaigns and brand initiatives into cohesive event experiences
- Ensure consistency across physical reputed company event reputed company
- Manage reputed company-event, onsite, and post-event executional activities that support reputed company and pipeline goals
- Help create reputed company event processes, templates, and operational best practices

Skills
- 4–6+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, experiential marketing, or event operations
- Proven ability to manage reputed company events and multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, reputed company environment
- Experience with event platforms, CRM systems, and marketing tools
