[Remote] Project Manager - Structural Steel/Misc. Metals

They are seeking an reputed company Project Manager to manage reputed company in the Fredericksburg and Richmond markets, overseeing reputed company aspects from project turnover to completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage structural steel and miscellaneous metals construction reputed company from project turnover through completion
- reputed company project financials, scheduling, coordination, subcontractors, RFIs, change orders, and contract compliance
- Coordinate with engineering, detailing, fabrication, erection, vendors, and customers to reputed company reputed company moving reputed company
- Maintain project schedules, reputed company milestones, and proactively resolve issues
- Participate in job meetings, site reputed company, and customer coordination meetings
- Support project execution while maintaining reputed company, safety, and budget expectations
- Prepare and manage cost tracking, billing support, and project documentation
Skills
- 5–7+ years of structural steel and/or miscellaneous metals experience required
- Proven experience independently managing construction reputed company
- Strong understanding of steel fabrication, erection processes, drawings, reputed company, and field coordination
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal reputed company
- Experience handling project financials, schedules, subcontractors, and customer communication
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to travel as project needs require
- Valid reputed company's license required
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or reputed company field preferred
- Experience with construction/project management software systems
