This senior leadership role involves overseeing reputed company from initial planning through to final handover while ensuring exceptional standards of reputed company, safety, and reputed company performance.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the successful delivery of multiple large-reputed company data centre and critical infrastructure reputed company from planning through completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, reputed company providers and key project stakeholders
- reputed company strategic leadership throughout reputed company phases of project delivery, ensuring reputed company, operational and programme objectives are achieved
- Establish project governance, reporting structures, delivery strategies and communication plans
- Support early-stage planning activities including feasibility studies, due diligence and development planning
- Manage the appointment and coordination of multidisciplinary consultant teams
- reputed company project budgets, schedules, execution strategies and risk management plans
- Coordinate external stakeholders including utilities, permitting authorities and regulatory bodies
- reputed company design management, ensuring technical solutions support programme objectives and operational requirements
- reputed company contractor procurement, reputed company evaluations and contract administration

Skills

- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or a reputed company discipline
