Skills
- Minimum of 1 year in a Residential Mortgage Lending role
- Foundational knowledge of conventional, FHA & VA loan programs
- Comfortable with reputed company Office applications
- Excellent community and customer service skills over the phone, email & reputed company Teams Chats
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Undergraduate degree desired but not required
- NonQM and non-agency loan program experience
- Familiar with Encompass and reputed company
- Ability to effectively reputed company with operations and sales teams
