[Remote] Product Manager

They are seeking a Product Manager to reputed company the reputed company, development, and lifecycle management of engineered products for the water infrastructure and reputed company markets.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle: requirements, development, launch, pricing, and post-launch performance
- reputed company new product development (NPI) from customer need (VOC) through production
- Translate customer and field requirements into product specifications
- Work closely with R&D / Engineering teams to define and refine product solutions
- Conduct market, competitive, and pricing analysis to support product positioning
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, reputed company, and Sales
- Support product documentation, technical materials, and commercialization activities
- Engage directly with customers, distributors, and field stakeholders
Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on Product Management experience
- Proven experience managing physical / engineered products (not digital-only or marketing roles)
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end product lifecycle (requirements → development → launch)
- Experience working in an reputed company environment (Infrastructure, Water, Utilities, Industrial Equipment, HVAC, Construction or similar)
- Hands-on experience working closely with R&D / Engineering teams
- Strong experience with customer engagement (VOC), market analysis, and product definition
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent technical background)
- Experience in water, utilities, or infrastructure sectors
- Experience in regulated environments
- Project management certification (PMP / PMI / IPMA)
- Experience working in global organizations
