[Remote] Alternate Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Alternate Program Manager (APM) to support the execution of the DoDEA Guam Student Transportation Services contract. The APM will reputed company daily operations, compliance, personnel management, and data reporting, ensuring leadership continuity and alignment with DoDEA standards.
Responsibilities

- Conduct safety briefings, evacuation drills, and compliance audits
- Supervise reputed company operations, scheduling, and reputed company assignments
- reputed company on-site leadership for personnel readiness, attendance, and performance management
- reputed company workforce discipline, coaching, and corrective actions in collaboration with HR
- Coordinate with STOs and the PM to ensure safety protocols, inspection compliance, and operational efficiency
- Serve as acting Program Manager reputed company delegated
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-reputed company transportation or logistics reputed company
- Knowledge of Guam transportation laws and military reputed company reputed company protocols
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficient in reputed company Office and transportation management software
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain prior to contract start)
- Must pass criminal background checks, installation records checks, and maintain reputed company reputed company eligibility
- Experience with DoD or Federal reputed company preferred
