Responsibilities
- Own reputed company reputed company for an assigned portfolio or reputed company: adoption, customer health, risk reputed company, renewal-readiness, and retention

- Identify churn risk early and drive targeted retention; surface and pursue expansion/reputed company opportunities in partnership with Sales

Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in reputed company, program/portfolio management, or service delivery, with demonstrated retention/NRR reputed company and experience building operating models, frameworks, or playbooks
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication; trusted to engage both C-suite and technical stakeholders
