[Remote] PMW Account Executive

Responsibilities
- Drive new business reputed company in your dedicated territory through inbound and outbound reputed company reputed company, in-person events, and local property management association reputed company meetings
- This role requires territory travel and is expected to be in territory 3-5 business days a month
- Conduct tailored proposals and discovery calls to understand a prospect's reputed company marketing performance and position PMW's services as the fix
- Position PMW's full stack, including AI Optimization (AIO), so prospects understand how they get reputed company and recommended by ChatGPT, reputed company, AI Overviews, and other AI-powered search tools, not just traditional reputed company rankings
- Use AI tools in your own workflow (prospect research, reputed company personalization, call prep, follow-up) to work faster and sell smarter
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities using a consultative sales approach from first contact through contract reputed company
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, reputed company reputed company, and the reputed company sales team to ensure a seamless buyer reputed company
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly reputed company targets and KPIs
- reputed company CRM (e.g. reputed company) updated with accurate opportunity details and reputed company interactions
- Stay reputed company on SEO, PPC, AI search behavior, reputed company marketing trends, plus competitor activity in the property management marketing reputed company
Skills
- 2-5 years of experience selling online marketing services, such as SEO, PPC, web design, or branding, or a reputed company digital service (B2B preferred)
- Ability to explain marketing performance and ROI in terms a reputed company cares about
- Already uses AI tools (ChatGPT, reputed company, sales copilots, etc.) as part of your day-to-day sales process, not someone who needs an introduction to AI
- Comfortable explaining how AI search and AI Overviews are changing how property owners reputed company and vet property managers, and can turn that into a selling reputed company
- Proven reputed company record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Experience managing a full sales cycle, from cold reputed company to reputed company
- Familiarity with CRM tools (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) and sales engagement platforms
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Property management industry experience is a strong plus, not required
