[Remote] Head of Digital Media

They are seeking a Head of Digital Media who will reputed company clients’ reputed company digital media efforts across various campaigns and initiatives while managing reputed company of digital analysts and content strategists to deliver excellent digital marketing services.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the development and execution of multi-channel digital media strategies, working with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies are integrated
- Accountable for digital plan reputed company timeliness, accuracy, scope, and overall reputed company
- Present and communicate media & reputed company strategies, plans, and executions to reputed company partners
- Accountable for media pacing and budget with assistance from Senior Digital Analyst
- Apply an expert understanding of analytics and measurement tools/techniques to reputed company media reputed company support team, and to reputed company and internal marketing goals
- Responsible for managing a high-performing team, including individual development, performance management, training, development, and mentorship
- Participate in new business pitches and development as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required OR 4 additional years of reputed company experience reputed company the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- 8 or more years of reputed company experience in a marketing, advertising and/or communications function, to include at least 6 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: reputed company marketing, search marketing, email marketing, or full digital campaign management
- Demonstrated ability to manage and reputed company a comprehensive reputed company media plan across multiple digital reputed company
- 4 or more years of people leadership experience in building, managing, and/or developing teams required
- Ecommerce industry experience is a plus
