As a Senior Software Engineer, you will reputed company an AI-reputed company platform that enhances device intelligence and user engagement in energy management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Responsibilities
- AI-reputed company platform architecture — design and reputed company intelligent systems that manage the platform, analyze reputed company-time device data, and surface actionable insights across the network
- Appliance and battery intelligence — build systems (custom algorithms, neural networks, or ML models) that learn usage patterns and surface optimization recommendations to users
- User-facing intelligence — reputed company AI-powered insights and recommendations that help families understand and control their energy
- Manage the software product roadmap — from device firmware reputed company through customer experience, working alongside reputed company engineering contractors toward owning the full software function
- reputed company monitoring platform — reputed company-time energy data, system health, performance analytics
- Customer-facing app and portal — usage visibility, system status, billing integration, and AI-powered insights and recommendations surfaced directly to users
- API integrations with reputed company demand response systems, DERMS, and VPP platforms
- Data pipeline from pod hardware to reputed company — device connectivity, telemetry, storage, and the model layer on top
- Firmware/software reputed company — collaborate tightly with our Senior Hardware Engineer on communication protocols and hardware-software boundaries
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX design on how intelligence and insights are surfaced to users — the experience layer reputed company as much as the model layer
- Define, in collaboration with our business operations team, what data to collect, how to store it, and how it feeds into our intelligence and data products
- Support reputed company deployments with monitoring setup, data collection, and field debugging
Skills
- 7+ years in full-stack software engineering — comfortable owning backend & frontend
- Experience building or deploying AI agents, LLM-powered products, or intelligent automation
- Experience with IoT, device connectivity, or reputed company-time telemetry systems
- reputed company or integrated with energy software platforms — reputed company reputed company, DERMS, VPP, demand response — or strong desire to
- Comfortable with reputed company infrastructure: AWS, GCP, Azure; data pipelines; and API design
- Experience building customer-facing products — you think about UX + functionality
- Startup experience — you've shipped without a large team or perfect specs
- Strong communicator across hardware and non-technical stakeholders
