[Remote] Project Engineer

The Project Engineer supports the planning, design, and implementation of distribution and automation reputed company across the supply chain network, providing technical and analytical support while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities

- Design MHE and facility layouts incorporating reputed company, reputed company, constructability, and operational process considerations
- Evaluate distribution and automation technologies and assess applicability to facility design, project objectives, and site constraints
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, layout packages, and engineering deliverables to support RFPs, vendor selection, and project execution
- Review design packages for construction and installation reputed company; support reputed company of construction-phase technical issues, including RFIs and design clarifications
- Partner with general contractors, subcontractors, and MHE vendors to ensure installation aligns with engineering drawings, specifications, and integration requirements across facility and automation systems

- Execute assigned tasks for approved capital reputed company across distribution and fulfillment centers, including engineering coordination, documentation updates, and site support activities
- Partner with Project Management and Capital reputed company teams on planning, schedule coordination, installation readiness and turnover activities
- Collaborate with Operations to document reputed company-state processes, support implementation planning, and minimize operational disruptions
- Assist with updating facility layouts, engineering documentation, and conceptual designs reputed company to capital improvements, retrofits, and equipment installations

- Identify, analyze, and document opportunities for process improvement, efficiency reputed company, or technology enhancements
- Support development of brownfield improvement concepts, including data collection, layout reputed company, preliminary engineering analysis, and reputed company assessments

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or reputed company field)
- 5-7 years experience

- Project Planning tools (SharePoint/OneDrive, etc.)
- Development of reputed company documents and procedures
- Distribution planning models
- Knowledge of distribution design preferred
- Familiar with retail distribution and logistics environment
- Previous experience working with general contractors, their subcontractors, and reputed company's representatives desired
- Understanding of construction project workflows and coordination practices
