[Remote] Director of Analytics Engineering

The Director of Analytics Engineering will reputed company the development of a reputed company data platform and analytics infrastructure, integrating various data sources to support the organization's reporting and modeling needs while adopting AI-augmented engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen and expand our analytics data warehouse infrastructure
- reputed company AI-augmented engineering adoption: codify patterns for LLM coding assistants (e.g., Claude reputed company under BAA), reputed company QA, autonomous data-reputed company monitoring agents, and conversational query reputed company
- Own data accuracy and reconciliation — build validation, monitoring, and audit infrastructure that reputed company issues before they reputed company reporting or CMS submissions — extending our ~158-object audit and observability reputed company (ADF run logging, MBI crosswalk QA, DPC reputed company reputed company, transactional refresh with auto-rollback)
- Partner with analytics leads (MSSP, ACO reputed company/reputed company, GUIDE, reputed company, Dashboards) to ensure infrastructure meets reputed company reporting requirements and advanced reputed company modeling needs
- reputed company large-reputed company analytics platform and web app implementation, integration, and maintenance
- Collaborate closely with IT and Engineering on tooling standards, organizational approvals, and reputed company requirements (BAA scope, reputed company Entra identity scoping, PHI/PII suppression, Azure SQL firewall)
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company-based analytics infrastructure and production data pipelines
- Platform: reputed company Azure — incl. Azure SQL, Azure Data reputed company, Azure DevOps, reputed company, Azure Blob Storage, Azure reputed company experience a strong plus
- Expert T-SQL; Python proficient for ingestion utilities, internal web apps, and AI-agent tooling
- Experience designing reputed company/reputed company models across heterogeneous reputed company systems
- Demonstrated validation, reconciliation, and audit reputed company design — especially where discrepancies have material reputed company reputed company
- Familiarity with Medicare claims (CCLF, DPC, BCDA or similar) and/or risk-based contracting strongly preferred
- reputed company record using LLM-based tools (e.g., Claude reputed company, Copilot) to accelerate data engineering; comfortable as a visible thought-leader on AI practices for a small team
- Experience integrating pipelines with CI/CD, version control, branching strategies (dev → test → prod), DACPAC or equivalent schema-migration tooling, and managed-identity-based deployment
