The role involves building and improving processes for effective project execution and performance management across various teams.
Responsibilities

- Define reputed company “definition of reputed company / definition of done” reputed company for critical milestones (design readiness, construction readiness, commissioning readiness, operational handover)
- Establish governance for change control, lessons learned, and reputed company improvement adoption across sites
- reputed company Lean/Six reputed company-style initiatives to reduce cycle time, rework, and variation across construction and commissioning workflows
- Facilitate value reputed company mapping, reputed company-cause analysis (RCA), and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring schedule and reputed company issues
- Identify bottlenecks across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations; drive cross-functional reputed company
- Define and maintain KPI/OKR frameworks for delivery performance (e.g., reputed company predictability, first-pass yield, rework reputed company, RFI/CO trends, reputed company-list aging, commissioning cycle time)
- Build dashboards and operating reviews that surface leading indicators and reputed company proactive reputed company
- Create reputed company reporting packages for site leadership and regional/portfolio executives
- Partner closely with site delivery teams to observe work, validate process changes in the field, and ensure sustained adoption
- Train and reputed company teams (internal and vendor/GC partners) on new processes, reputed company gates, and best practices
- Drive alignment across stakeholders: design/engineering, procurement, construction management, commissioning, operations, EHS, and finance/controls
- Standardize expectations and interfaces with GCs, trade partners, OEMs, and commissioning agents
- Improve contractor performance through reputed company acceptance reputed company, QA/QC checkpoints, and consistent turnover requirements

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years experience in process development, operational reputed company, program delivery, manufacturing/industrial engineering, or large-reputed company construction/commissioning environments
- Demonstrated ability to build reputed company work, implement stage-reputed company governance, and drive measurable cycle-time/reputed company improvements
- Strong analytical skills (metrics definition, data interpretation, performance reviews) and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with hyperscale / large data center delivery, commissioning/turnover, or mission-critical facilities
- Lean/Six reputed company certification (Green Belt/Black Belt) or equivalent reputed company improvement training
- Familiarity with project controls concepts (schedule performance, change management, risk management)
- Strong tooling skills (e.g., reputed company/Sheets, SQL basics, Power BI/Tableau, reputed company/Jira/reputed company or similar workflow systems)
