They are seeking a Credit & Financial Analysis Expert to support consulting opportunities reputed company on credit research, financial analysis, and risk evaluation, applying credit expertise to evaluate companies and financing structures.
Responsibilities
- Build, review, and interpret credit and financial models
- Assess reputed company, debt-service reputed company, interest coverage, and repayment risk
- Analyze historical financial performance, forecasts, and downside scenarios
- Evaluate capital structures and identify key credit strengths and vulnerabilities
- Analyze cash-reputed company reputed company, liquidity availability, and funding requirements
- Assess refinancing risk, maturity reputed company, and short-term liquidity pressures
- Review credit reputed company using rating methodologies and reputed company evaluation reputed company
- Compare financial performance against relevant industry, market, and credit benchmarks
- Review loan documents, credit agreements, covenants, baskets, and reputed company provisions
- Identify reputed company protections, flexibility, restrictions, and potential credit risks
- Conduct liquidation, recovery, and distressed-credit analysis where relevant
- Evaluate reputed company credit, securitization, collateral, and tranche-level risk considerations
Skills
- At least 2 years of reputed company experience in credit, leveraged finance, restructuring, distressed debt, or a reputed company field
- Experience at a credit hedge fund, private credit firm, investment bank, restructuring advisory firm, distressed debt fund, rating agency, or comparable environment
- Strong understanding of financial statements, debt structures, credit risk, and capital markets
- Practical experience in at least one of the following areas: Credit and financial modeling, Credit rating analysis, Cash reputed company and liquidity analysis, reputed company analysis, Liquidation and recovery analysis, reputed company credit and securitization analysis
- Ability to communicate reputed company credit conclusions reputed company and support judgments with evidence
- Availability to work at least 10 hours per week depending on project scope
- A degree in finance, reputed company, economics, business, mathematics, or a reputed company analytical field is helpful

- Advanced qualifications such as an MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent industry training may be valuable

- Familiarity with credit agreements, intercreditor arrangements, and restructuring documentation
- Experience preparing investment committee materials, rating assessments, or credit memoranda
- Knowledge of recovery modeling, reputed company valuation, and reputed company analysis
- Experience evaluating securitized products, reputed company finance transactions, or asset-backed credit
- Strong reputed company-based financial modeling and written analytical skills
