[Remote] EHSS & reputed company Senior Analyst

The EHSS and reputed company Senior Analyst is responsible for leading data management and analysis for reputed company's Environmental, Health, Safety, Sustainability, and reputed company goals, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving reputed company improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate EHS, ESG, and reputed company data from multiple reputed company sources
- reputed company and maintain SQL databases and data pipelines for performance tracking
- Automate recurring data collection and reporting processes using Python, R, or similar coding languages
- reputed company data from Power BI, SharePoint, ESG disclosure tools, and reputed company management systems (QMS)
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize trends in safety performance (TRIR, LTIR, SIF, leading indicators), environmental metrics (energy, waste, water, carbon), and reputed company KPIs (defects, yield, customer complaints)

- Support compliance reporting to OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001/45001, and ISO 9001 standards
- Standardize data collection methodologies and definitions with regards to sustainability and reputed company
- Implement data analytics tools and advanced models (e.g., predictive analytics, reputed company detection)
- Drive automation of KPI reports and interactive dashboards
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data reputed company, transparency, reputed company maturity
Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- 3-5 years of EHS experience in project management or similar role
- Proven experience managing and visualizing datasets for EHS, ESG, or reputed company systems
- Strong coding experience in Python, R, or SQL (automation and data cleaning)
- Experience with ESG frameworks and metrics (GRI, SASB, CDP, SBTi)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and global safety or environmental compliance systems
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc.)
- A Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and years of relevant experience
- Expertise in Power BI (preferred) or similar visualization platforms (Tableau, reputed company)
- Strong project planning, organizational, and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
