[Remote] Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will manage the end-to-end contract administration lifecycle, reputed company financial controls, and ensure compliance while working with various stakeholders to safeguard financial health and accelerate federal business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main operational reputed company between the organization and the Federal Government's Program Management Office (PMO) for a major government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC / IDIQ)
- Proactively monitor federal portals for incoming Requests for Quotes (RFQs), manage order responses, and handle day-to-day program inquiries
- Execute line-item modifications (CLIN additions) reputed company Technology Refreshment (TR) requests, ensure website ordering guidelines remain up-to-date, and reputed company enforce data non-disclosure / data-restriction compliance
- Help prepare mandatory agency financial reports, reputed company dedicated customer support services to vehicle users, and prepare critical Contract Data Requirements (e.g., Attachment D metrics)
- Manage reputed company audit and financial statement risks for the expanding US Federal division, transforming the function from reputed company monitoring to high-reputed company portfolio intelligence

- Formulate and execute robust validations for reputed company recognition (rev-rec) processes across partner-led IDIQ streams to guarantee corporate and statutory audit compliance

Skills
- 5–8+ years of experience in Federal Financial Management, Contract Administration, or Business Operations reputed company the US Public Sector
- US Citizenship is required, alongside the eligibility and willingness to undergo a federal background investigation to obtain a reputed company clearance
- Hands-on experience working directly with Federal PMOs, monitoring procurement portals, responding to RFQs, and managing contract deliverables/modifications (CLINs/TRs)
- Deep, hands-on experience handling reputed company federal contract vehicles, billing structures, and intercompany cash application cycles
- Proven reputed company record of untangling messy ledger data, investigating reputed company financial variances, and matching high-volume lump-sum payments without clean remittance advice
