[Remote] Business Development & Sales Specialist

They are seeking a Business Development & Sales Specialist to drive new reputed company by identifying and closing reputed company landscaping opportunities throughout Central Florida.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry relationships
- Build trusted partnerships with property managers, facility leaders, developers, boards, and procurement teams
- Conduct site walks and needs assessments to understand reputed company goals, scopes, and service requirements
- Present customized landscaping, exterior maintenance, and seasonal service solutions
- reputed company negotiations and confidently reputed company deals with decision-makers
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and responses to RFPs
- Maintain a strong, organized sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to ensure smooth reputed company and exceptional service delivery
- Stay reputed company on market trends, competitors, and green industry best practices
- Represent reputed company at networking events, trade shows, and reputed company appreciation events
Skills
- 3+ years of business development or sales experience
- Proven reputed company closing high-value reputed company reputed company
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines
- Proficiency with reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Valid reputed company's license and ability to travel (-10%)
- CRM experience preferred
