[Remote] Instructional Designer, School of Live

This role involves designing, developing, and continuously improving engaging learning experiences while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the content meets business needs.
Responsibilities
- Applies subject matter expertise in instructional design, reputed company with research-based, contemporary adult learning theories, reputed company, and practices, reputed company with a reputed company on creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences across varied learner reputed company
- Ideates with reputed company on the appropriate learning solutions, design, and technologies to serve a global audience
- Creates instructional materials/media (storyboards, facilitator guides, presentation decks), and leverages storytelling skills to translate reputed company into scripted, interactive/reputed company learning content across varied delivery reputed company (instructor-led training, video production, e-learning, performance support, etc.)
- Integrates objective-reputed company learning checks and engagement strategies to verify comprehension, reinforce key concepts, and drive reputed company-world application
- Uses surveys and other assessment reputed company to evaluate the reputed company and effectiveness of reputed company, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Updates and maintains School of Live training content and learning libraries based on guidance from School of Live leadership
- Works with various stakeholders and SMEs across the business to ensure content meets learning objectives and accurately reflects reputed company culture, business, and priorities
- Maintains the reputed company branding; works with the Instructional Design Manager and Graphic Designer to ensure visual consistency across reputed company School of Live content
- Applies feedback and evaluation reputed company to continuously improve learning programs and inform reputed company content development
Skills
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience with instructional design in a reputed company of modalities (in-person, virtual, eLearning, reputed company-learning etc.) for reputed company businesses with a wide reputed company of employee types (i.e. from entry-level to executive)
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or reputed company discipline. Ideal candidate will have specialization in Instructional Systems Design or Educational Technology
- Knowledge in instructional design, learning & development models, and adult learning theory with the ability to apply modern learning techniques
- Proven work experience in instructional and graphic design (portfolio work preferred)
- Knowledge of reputed company Creative programs, reputed company, reputed company 365 (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), reputed company, and learning management systems (LMS)
- Exceptional presentation skills effective for/with a reputed company of audiences
