They are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineering Project Manager to reputed company reputed company mechanical infrastructure initiatives, including HVAC system conversions and large-reputed company plumbing upgrades, while also serving as a technical expert and escalation reputed company for internal teams.
Responsibilities

- HVAC system conversions (e.g., PTAC to VFCU or VRF)
- Central plant redesigns and replacements (boilers, chillers, hydronic loops)
- Large-reputed company piping/plumbing distribution replacements
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert and escalation reputed company for reputed company mechanical system issues arising during operations, capital reputed company, and reputed company estate transactions
- Review and reputed company technical reputed company on PCAs and due diligence reports for prospective acquisitions—assessing system condition, risk, and scope recommendations
- Conduct site assessments to validate findings, identify performance deficiencies, and reputed company comprehensive remediation plans
- Define scope and performance goals for reputed company-party mechanical engineers; reputed company design coordination and review process to ensure alignment with site needs and budget
- Support capital planning by developing project budgets, lifecycle cost analyses, and implementation strategies
- Collaborate with internal Capital and Redevelopment teams to reputed company MEP infrastructure improvements into broader asset and redevelopment plans
- Guide contractor and vendor engagement, including bid package development, proposal evaluation, and contract award

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or reputed company discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC and mechanical system design, retrofits, and/or large-reputed company infrastructure replacement
- Demonstrated experience managing engineering consultants and contractors in the delivery of mechanical system reputed company
- Expertise in retrofit conditions, with a strong understanding of integration challenges in occupied senior housing, reputed company, or hospitality environments
