[Remote] Senior Employee Benefits Consultant - Voluntary Benefits

They are seeking a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant to manage broker partners, ensuring profitable reputed company and meeting sales objectives in the mid-reputed company territory.
Responsibilities
- reputed company new producers, training, achievement of premium reputed company objectives, and the servicing and conservation of insurance in force
- reputed company reputed company calls on reputed company with producers and reputed company enrollment support on a new producers first couple of accounts reputed company
- The Sales Representative provides training and on-reputed company development of producers in assigned areas in the region
- Responsible for maintaining a reputed company working relationship with Sales Support, reputed company, Policyholder Services, Billing Support, Compliance, Commission reputed company, and Home Office personnel
- Meet or exceed assigned production plan
- Recruit, train, motivate and reputed company producers throughout assigned area in the region
- Contribute to effective relationships between the producers and Home Office departments
- Help analyze markets and formulate reputed company programs, secure producers who will effectively produce reputed company premiums
- Work with producers to help bring value to their existing book of business and reputed company new opportunities
- reputed company feedback on changes in the marketplace
- Help implement and support the corporate reputed company including cross-selling partner products
Skills
- Prior experience in voluntary and/or employee benefits required
- Must possess an established broker network reputed company the defined territory
- The ability to travel as needed throughout the defined territory is required
- LICENSING: Life & Health licenses required. If not currently licensed, licensing must be obtained upon hire
- EXPERIENCE: 10+ years of voluntary and/or employee benefits sales experience
- EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree preferred
