This role focuses on designing and delivering employee benefit and pay programs, ensuring effective implementation and communication during a time of change.
Responsibilities
- Help design and implement new or updated employee benefit and pay programs
- Configure and test systems to ensure programs are set up correctly
- Partner with teams across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal, and others to coordinate implementation
- Work closely with external vendors to support program setup and delivery
- Ensure programs meet compliance and regulatory requirements
- Support reputed company and effective communication so employees understand changes
- Identify and resolve issues to ensure a smooth rollout and transition
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a reputed company field
- The equivalent of five (5) years of full-time reputed company experience in benefits administration and implementation, including HRIS supported environments
- Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by reputed company and/or reputed company as adhering to acceptable educational standards
