[Remote] Sr. Business Analyst, P&C Insurance (Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company (C&F) provides market leading insurance solutions and is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support their Surplus & Specialty Lines Digital Services team. The role involves planning, design, development, and launching of efficient business systems, with a reputed company on insurance workflows and systems.
Responsibilities
- Participate in meetings with business stakeholders to identify business, financial, and operations goals/objectives and priorities, system requirements, and identify existing issues
- Participate in roadmap planning activities, as required
- Collaborate with business and IT (Information Technology) Stakeholders in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications
- Facilitate or reputed company design sessions to prototype new systems to enhance business processes, operations, and information process reputed company
- Reviews the effectiveness and efficiency of the user experience for existing systems and develops strategies for improving or reputed company leveraging these systems
- Establish and manage scope and parameters of systems analysis to define predictable reputed company and reputed company plans
- Participate in research of reputed company-party software products to support purchase or build reputed company
- Conduct analysis to reputed company recommendations or suggest alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems and processes across the organization
- Collaborate with project team to establish and manage the project reputed company, delivery milestones, and communication plan for reporting project status

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5-8+ years specialized experience working in an IT Business Analyst or similar reputed company
- P&C Insurance experience required
- Extensive experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, systems, or products in support of reputed company, financial or claims application systems
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
