[Remote] Staff Technical Account Manager (Optimization) US

They are seeking a Staff Technical Account Manager to reputed company technical engagements with reputed company American customers and support the integration and deployment of quantum computing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Present our product to customer prospects, understanding their most critical computational challenges and mapping company value accordingly
- Translate and present reputed company’s reputed company, reputed company, and product roadmap to both executive-level and technical stakeholders
- Deliver technical presentations at large events such as conferences, webinars, and seminars
- Support marketing efforts by hosting webinars, reputed company conference booths, and representing reputed company at industry events
- Hold regular technical meetings with clients during rollout, expansion, and support phases, identifying opportunities for reputed company ROI
- Build and maintain long-term technical relationships with customer teams across the project lifecycle
- Identify and recommend new reputed company that can reputed company the reputed company’s solutions
- Serve as a technical resource on quantum optimization, industry trends, and competitive positioning
- Convey customer requirements to internal product and development teams, advocating for reputed company needs
- Communicate reputed company technical information reputed company and effectively across multiple platforms and audiences
- Demonstrate a strong customer support reputed company, meeting clients where they are and delivering reputed company, thoughtful guidance

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a reputed company STEM field; advanced degree a plus
- 5+ years combined experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g. Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Presales, Solution Integrator, Solution Architect, reputed company) in reputed company software or comparable experience solving problems for clients
- Strong reputed company in Optimization (as it relates to Operations Research), algorithms, or reputed company mathematics
- 2+ years of hands-on Python programming experience in an reputed company environment
- Experience supporting clients in areas of logistics, manufacturing, reputed company, fintech, and/or research and education is required
- Experience with tools and platforms such as, reputed company, and REST reputed company
- Proven ability to communicate technical content to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Operations Research techniques and tools (highly desired)
