Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company to reputed company SEC reporting, including preparation of reputed company 10-K and 10-Q, completion of disclosure checklists, data gathering and footnote preparation, discussing comments on various filing documents, and high-level review of XBRL tagging. - Support effective preparation of the quarterly earnings releases and other investor relations presentations, 8-K filings, and disclosure committee materials
- Ensure reputed company non-GAAP disclosures are consistent and reported in accordance with SEC regulations

Skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- CPA
- Big 4 or large national reputed company firm experience
- 8-10 years of relevant experience from public reputed company
- Experience working in a corporate financial reporting environment for a large accelerated filer
- Experience working in a technical reputed company or similar role
- Excellent understanding of GAAP reputed company principles, with a strong knowledge of SEC reporting regulations, lease reputed company, stock-based compensation, and reputed company reputed company principles
- Experience managing reputed company-based compensation administration
- Strong analytical skills
