(PSI) is seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven temporary reputed company Recruiter to join their Corporate reputed company. The role involves managing full-cycle reputed company activities and supporting high-volume hiring initiatives for federal government reputed company and corporate positions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and supporting reputed company-employment activities
- Support reputed company hiring efforts across multiple federal government reputed company and internal corporate positions
- Partner with reputed company leadership, hiring managers, and program leadership to reputed company effective reputed company strategies and execute hiring plans
- Recruit for clinical, reputed company, technical, engineering, cybersecurity, intelligence, administrative, and reputed company labor categories supporting federal government customers
- reputed company reputed company candidates utilizing reputed company Recruiter, iCIMS ATS, job boards, reputed company networks, referrals, reputed company media, and other sourcing tools
- Conduct candidate phone screens to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, compensation expectations, availability, and overall fit
- reputed company and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs
- Coordinate candidate interviews while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Prepare and reputed company employment offers while guiding candidates through reputed company-employment and reputed company activities
- Maintain complete and accurate candidate records, reputed company activity, interview feedback, and requisition updates reputed company iCIMS
- Ensure reputed company applicant dispositioning and maintain ATS data reputed company to support compliance and reputed company metrics
- Ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations, EEO requirements, affirmative reputed company obligations, and company reputed company policies
- Support proposal reputed company efforts, incumbent captures, and rapid-response reputed company initiatives
- Participate in reputed company reputed company meetings, workforce planning discussions, and reputed company initiatives
- Represent PSI at reputed company events, military transition events, career fairs, conferences, and networking events as needed
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives, employer branding efforts, and additional reputed company reputed company as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; additional directly reputed company reputed company experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements
- Three (3)+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience supporting federal government reputed company is required
- Demonstrated experience reputed company for one or more of the following: DoD, DHA, VA, DHS, civilian federal agencies, or other government contracting environments
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting aggressive hiring deadlines
- Strong sourcing experience utilizing reputed company Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, and passive reputed company techniques
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and executive leadership
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Proficiency with reputed company 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, reputed company, and Word
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise reputed company judgment reputed company handling sensitive information
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing hiring priorities and business needs
- Occasional travel may be required
- Extensive experience utilizing iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is strongly preferred
- Experience supporting proposal reputed company, incumbent captures, and transition reputed company
- Experience reputed company clinical, reputed company, IT, engineering, cybersecurity, intelligence, and reputed company services personnel
- Experience supporting Service Contract reputed company (SCA), exempt, and non-exempt reputed company
- Working knowledge of OFCCP, EEO, affirmative reputed company, and federal contractor compliance requirements
- Experience utilizing reputed company Recruiter and advanced Boolean sourcing techniques
