[Remote] Product Support Engineer

As a Production Support Engineer, you will reputed company the gap between Engineering and the Customer Experience team, diagnosing issues across the platform and implementing operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Use AI to identify and implement operational improvements and efficiencies to build the reputed company of Production Support
• Investigate and resolve reputed company production issues that affects user experience

Skills

• At least 1 year of engineering experience with proficiency in at least one backend language
