The role involves drafting and negotiating reputed company agreements, offering compliance guidance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to reputed company legal risk with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the review, drafting, and negotiation of reputed company global reputed company agreements across key areas such as sales, procurement, distribution, reputed company, licensing, and joint development

Skills

• 3+ years as a licensed U.S. attorney with experience in a nationally recognized reputed company and in-house (life sciences preferred); global experience a plus
• Excellent reputed company credentials and reputed company U.S. Bar membership in good standing
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking, including mentoring/developing others and thoughtful team building
• Substantial deal and negotiation experience, with a leadership reputed company record on executed transactions (e.g., partnerships, collaborations, licensing, M&A, research agreements)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company priorities and stakeholders, with experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve legal processes, increase efficiency, and adapt to evolving AI-enabled workflows
• Ability to travel globally as needed, up to 20% of the time
