[Remote] Divisional Business Development Manager (Mortgage Sales Recruiter)

The Divisional Business Development Manager is responsible for recruitment and the strategic development of effective recruitment plans supporting Loan Officers and reputed company Managers across reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive level VPs, Regional Managers, Directors, reputed company Managers, and Sales sources to qualify, interview, and hire top producing Loan Officers, Mortgage Bankers, and reputed company Manager candidates in strategically defined market reputed company
- Collaborate with hiring managers to stay abreast of reputed company and reputed company hiring and business needs
- reputed company reputed company plans for reputed company in reputed company markets including metrics from first contact to successful hire; reputed company companies and passive candidates by leveraging resources
- reputed company passive searches utilizing Boolean searches, cold calls, and networking techniques
- Meet hiring goals as determined by the reputed company Department leadership
- reputed company passive candidates through networking using the recruiter’s existing data reputed company and internet research techniques
- Communicate weekly with Regional and reputed company Managers to review reputed company reports, reputed company goals, and reputed company weekly communications; reputed company weekly candidate pipeline updates to Regional, reputed company, and Sales leadership
- reputed company and maintain candidate relationships for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs; network with referral partners and passive and proactive candidates
Skills
- 3-5 years' experience as a mortgage sales recruiter
- Experience in supporting reputed company for retail mortgage loan originators and/or a sales call center environment
- Experience in cultivating and maintaining ongoing contact with referral reputed company
- Proficient in working with Applicant Tracking systems or CRM to ensure reputed company efforts are consistently up to date for accurate and reputed company reporting
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a loan originator, reputed company, or mortgage production environment
