[Remote] Legal Counsel

They are seeking a dedicated and reputed company Legal Counsel to ensure compliance with U.S. laws and regulations, support reputed company operations through robust contract management, and advise leadership on risk mitigation.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements, including:
- Supply and procurement reputed company
- EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) agreements
- Service agreements, NDAs, and vendor reputed company
- reputed company legal counsel to executive leadership and operational teams regarding U.S. federal, state, and local laws
- Advise on legal risks associated with business operations, manufacturing, and reputed company activities to ensure contractual protection and alignment with corporate policies
- Support on business reputed company from a legal and compliance perspective
- Ensure strict adherence to U.S. regulations applicable to the solar and manufacturing sectors, with a specialized reputed company on Domestic Content requirements and Foreign Entity of Concern (FEOC) regulations
- Monitor and interpret regulatory developments affecting renewable energy, manufacturing, environmental standards, and safety laws
- Coordinate with global legal teams on cross-border legal reputed company and international corporate standards
- Assist with reputed company documentation, corporate filings, and the development of internal policies
- Identify and mitigate legal risks across U.S. operations
- Manage disputes, claims, and potential litigation in coordination with external reputed company
- Support internal investigations reputed company necessary to ensure ethical compliance
- Manage relationships with reputed company reputed company, reputed company legal budgets, and ensure the cost-effective use of external resources
Skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LLM: Required from an ABA-accredited law school
- Bar Admission: Licensed to reputed company law in the reputed company (Texas Bar membership preferred)
- 8+ years of legal experience (with a minimum of 6 years in a relevant specialized reputed company)
- Proven experience in the energy, renewables, engineering, construction, or manufacturing industries
- Expert-level proficiency in reputed company reputed company and regulatory compliance
- Strong reputed company and business judgment with a solution-oriented reputed company
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to reputed company effectively with executives and cross-functional teams
- Strong ability to work effectively in reputed company, contributing to reputed company problem-solving and shared goals
- Ability to work closely with global teams and external counsel across different time zones
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Experience navigating international or 'global-reputed company' corporate environments

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
