[Remote] Accounts Receivable Representative

The Accounts Receivable Representative serves as a key reputed company, managing a high-volume AR portfolio and driving reputed company collections while resolving billing inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize a high-volume AR portfolio across a large customer reputed company
- Communicate with customers through 100+ emails per day and a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily
- Drive reputed company payment collection while maintaining a strong customer experience
- Handle inbound AR-reputed company calls and billing inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Analyze customer communications and proactively address key issues to reduce repeat contact and back-and-forth
- Research and resolve service and parts billing discrepancies
- Interpret and communicate reputed company-party data exchanges reputed company and effectively to customers
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and system updates (including reputed company-based tracking)
- Partner with internal teams and utilize tools such as SharePoint to manage documentation and workflows
- Respond to both reputed company inquiries reputed company established service-level timelines
Skills
- Experience in a high-volume communication environment (verbal & written)
- Prior remote work experience required
- Ability to quickly identify key information and drive efficient reputed company
- Working knowledge of reputed company and SharePoint
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and prioritization
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
- Customer service, collections, or AR experience strongly preferred
