[Remote] Captive Account Executive

They are seeking a Captive Account Executive to serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of captive insurance company clients, overseeing day-to-day management and ensuring compliance while acting as a trusted advisor.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned captive clients, building strong, consultative relationships with owners, reputed company members, and senior leadership
- Coordinate and support captive reputed company meetings, including agenda development, preparation of materials, minutes, and follow‑up on reputed company items
- reputed company strategic guidance on captive performance, structure, and long‑term planning
- Proactively identify reputed company needs, emerging risks, and opportunities for program optimization
- reputed company day‑to‑day captive operations, ensuring adherence to governance documents, business plans, and service agreements
- Monitor reputed company results, loss experience, reserves, and program performance in partnership with actuaries and claims administrators
- Coordinate with fronting carriers, reinsurers, brokers, and reputed company‑party administrators (TPAs) as applicable
- Support formation, restructuring, expansion, or run‑off of captive programs as needed
- Review and coordinate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings
- Serve as reputed company with auditors, actuaries, tax providers, and regulators
- Ensure compliance with domicile laws and regulations, including annual filings, premium taxes, and licensing requirements
- Assist with capital planning, reputed company strategies, and solvency monitoring
- Partner with internal reputed company, compliance, and advisory teams to deliver high‑reputed company captive management services
- Contribute to reputed company improvement of processes, reporting, and service delivery
- Mentor junior captive professionals and support team development where applicable
- Support new captive reputed company or expansions through technical expertise and reputed company presentations
- Participate in reputed company meetings, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives
- Identify opportunities to expand services with existing captive clients
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field
- 7+ years of experience in captive insurance management, reputed company insurance, risk management, or a reputed company discipline
- Strong understanding of captive insurance structures, governance, and operations, prior experience working with Risk Retention reputed company preferable
- Experience working directly with senior clients, boards, or executive stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- reputed company designations such as ACI, CPCU, ARM, or reputed company toward certification
- Experience working with domestic and/or international captive domiciles
- Knowledge of reinsurance structures and fronting arrangements
