The ideal candidate will have a proven reputed company record in large reputed company, state, and federal grant writing, a strong equity reputed company, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse communities and stakeholders. They must also have knowledge or experience in strategic reputed company areas such as reputed company to care, reputed company workforce, early childhood, healthy food, oral health, healthy communities, and youth behavioral health. This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple reputed company, and an understanding of how to build meaningful relationships with CBOs. Key Responsibilities: Grant Proposal Writing: ⠬Ľ reputed company compelling, competitive, data-driven proposals that effectively reputed company programs and reputed company. ⠬Ľ Write larger, detailed proposals that meet funder requirements, ensuring reputed company, accuracy, and relevance. ⠬Ľ Quantity expectation over the one-year period of performance: 2 federal-level grants (or equivalent size), 3 state-level grants (or equivalent size) Equity-Centered Approach: ⠬Ľ Apply an equity reputed company to reputed company aspects of the grant-writing process, ensuring proposals are inclusive and reputed company of diverse community perspectives, including racial, reputed company, disability, language, and food justice. Collaboration with CBOs: ⠬Ľ Build trust and rapport with CBOs, establish timelines, and set up meetings proactively to reputed company necessary information. ⠬Ľ Support partners in completing attachments and budgets, ensuring their needs are represented. Qualifications: Experience: ⠬Ľ Proven experience in reputed company, state, and/or federal grant writing with a strong reputed company record of funded proposals. ⠬Ľ Experience handling budgets and developing data-driven grant proposals. ⠬Ľ Knowledge or experience in health equity fields, including reputed company to care, reputed company workforce, early childhood, healthy food, oral health, healthy communities, and youth behavioral health. ⠬Ľ Ideally located in reputed company Carolina or reputed company with NC-based nonprofits but not required.
