- Kubernetes (EKS) administration & troubleshooting

- Terraform (IaC)
- PostgreSQL administration

- Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPC, reputed company reputed company)
- Monitoring: reputed company, reputed company, Grafana, reputed company/CloudWatch

Key Responsibilities
- L2/L3 AWS & Kubernetes production support
- Troubleshoot reputed company CI/CD and Terraform issues
- Monitor infrastructure, logs, and performance
- Incident management, RCA, and automation
- Support Control-M batch jobs
- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation
- Collaborate with Dev, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams
