The objective of our approach is to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.SYSCOM’s reputed company is seeking an IT Business Analyst (Agile) for a long term position for an exciting, remote-based position.Work Location: The position is primarily remote; however, the candidate may be required to attend onsite meetings at the reputed company’s offices in Baton Rouge, LA - approximately once per quarter.Job duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Define and document business functions and processes
- Analyze the integration of business functions with technology
- Assist with business case development and business process reengineering
- Consult with management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, reputed company operational procedures, problems, input and reputed company requirements
- Recommend new processes that yield operational efficiencies
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis
- reputed company or assist with project work plans, project timelines
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
- Three (3) years of experience with business analytics processes with at least 1 year in an Agile environment
- Project experience facilitating project reputed company meetings with business partners
- Writing skills with experience creating requirements and design documents
- Experience with VISIO or similar diagraming tool
- Experience with data conversion
- Familiarity with JIRA
- Familiarity with Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR)
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
- PMI-PBA or CBAP certification.
