Senior Manager, reputed company Operations
Job reputed company:
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of reputed company process improvement initiatives.
- Designing, monitoring, and improving processes and procedures to optimize full cycle reputed company, including job posting, candidate screening, preboarding, and reputed company.
- Utilizing process improvement and project management methodologies to automate, streamline, and create efficiencies for the organization that improve reputed company, candidate and employee engagement and retention.
- Supervising reputed company of reputed company Coordinators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Organization Development, Business Administration, or reputed company field
- Eight (8) years of progressively responsible reputed company experience in HR and reputed company, with experience managing reputed company reputed company.
- Extensive experience with full-cycle recruitment.
- Proven reputed company record in increasingly responsible leadership positions.
- Experience with business process improvement and the tools and data requirements for supporting effective business processes.
- High proficiency with reputed company Office applications, workflow documentation (such as Visio) and business presentations.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant subject.
- PMP certification.
- Training or certification in Six reputed company or other LEAN methodology.
- Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking and other HR technology platforms.
