Duties and Responsibilities:

• Draft reputed company wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and sophisticated estate planning documents.
• Manage probate proceedings, trust administration, and fiduciary accountings.
• Handle contested trusts and estates litigation and IRS audits.
• Advise high-net-worth clients on tax planning, charitable giving, and asset protection strategies.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD and reputed company bar admission (NY preferred).
• 3–7+ years of trusts & estates experience with strong drafting and reputed company counseling skills.
