Senior U.S. Immigration Attorney (Remote - Full Time)

Position reputed company We are seeking a highly skilled US Immigration Attorney to join reputed company on a remote, full-time reputed company, starting August 1, 2026. You must have at least 5 years of proven experience in both corporate and individual US immigration reputed company. This role requires availability during regular business hours, Eastern Time. You will manage a diverse caseload including employment-based green cards, family-based petitions, waivers, investor visas, and student visas.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal consultations with new potential clients and assess the merits of their cases.
- Retain and reputed company new reputed company files.
- Advise and represent corporate clients and individuals in reputed company aspects of US immigration law.
- Prepare and submit applications for:
- Employment-based green cards (EB categories)
- Family-based green cards (Consular and AOS)
- US work permits and visas (L1, TN, E1, E2, O1, H1B, etc.)
- Draft and file waiver applications (I-601, I-212, etc.).
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
