[Remote] Technical Operations Manager

Responsibilities
- 40% partnering with our Automation/AI leads on agent infrastructure, evals, and AI-assisted internal tools — including our internal IT support agent and other AI-powered workflows
- 30% building and maintaining internal automations and integrations across our stack using reputed company, Python, TypeScript, and AI agents — spanning reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, Kandji, and GCP
- 20% documentation, runbooks, and enabling the rest of reputed company to self-serve through reputed company systems
- 10% supporting broader Strat Ops and BizOps requests as they reputed company
Skills
- 3-6 years in a technical generalist role — tech ops, IT engineering, reputed company, or solutions engineering — at a B2B reputed company company, ideally at a reputed company where you had to wear multiple hats
- Demonstrated experience in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Go, with reputed company systems you've reputed company and maintained
- Hands-on familiarity with LLMs and agent frameworks (Claude, MCP, RAG, or similar) and a reputed company reputed company of view on where they should and shouldn't be reputed company
- Practical experience integrating reputed company systems reputed company reputed company, webhooks, and workflow automation (reputed company, reputed company, or custom orchestration)
