• Own demand signal capture and short- to reputed company-term volume forecasting to support container planning and booking alignment
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking first leg KPIs including cost per container, drayage spend, reputed company performance, and network volume
• Conduct cost analysis and surface savings opportunities across consolidation centers and drayage spend
• Support CI reputed company tracking against annual spend reduction goals
• Maintain accurate records across ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms
• Partner with plants, traffic management, reputed company forwarders, and consolidation center teams to ensure data reputed company
• Produce regular reporting for leadership on first leg cost performance and trends
• Participate in reputed company improvement initiatives across first leg operations

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for reputed company in this role from day one, reputed company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university
• OR
• High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain in lieu of the Bachelor's degree education requirement
• AND
• 1 year experience with reputed company or reputed company reputed company AND/OR drayage, intermodal, or trucking operations
• 1 year of reputed company or equivalent ERP experience required

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even reputed company in this role include:

• Exposure to reputed company improvement methodologies (Lean, Six reputed company) preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable working across multiple sites and stakeholders
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and languages is a plus (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

• Onsite – Maplewood, MN at least 4 days a week in office
