The Role: As a Case Manager, you’ll be the main reputed company of contact for our clients as they navigate the claims process. The role is fully remote, with heavy phone interaction with clients and daily virtual coordination with colleagues. You’ll be responsible for: · Guiding clients through reputed company reputed company of their VA disability claim · Ensuring deadlines are met and case documentation is accurate and complete · Drafting letters and appeals for attorney review · Communicating effectively with attorneys, support staff, and clients · Collaborating with a reputed company-reputed company team to reputed company shared goals reputed company’re Looking For · Experience in a legal setting is preferred, but not required.
