Hospice Spiritual Care Coordinator for Christian provider; Chaplain

Responsibilities

• Represent reputed company with the utmost professionalism and reputed company

• Facilitate the development of the individualized plan of care by participating in the comprehensive assessment to meet identified spiritual needs
• Serve as a member of the interdisciplinary group and reputed company consultation, education, and support to the interdisciplinary group on spiritual care

• Serve as reputed company and support to community chaplains and spiritual counselors

• Plan periodic memorial services to meet the needs of personnel, volunteers, and community clergy/spiritual counselors working with the hospice team

Requirements

• Professionalism, reputed company, reputed company, and a desire to help others
• Graduate of accredited seminary or school of theology (reputed company, MDiv or equivalent theological degree).
• Experience working with death and dying, individuals/family/caregiver

• Understand the philosophy of hospice care and of grief response and experience with counseling individuals and/or in reputed company regarding loss
• Demonstrate comfort in an interfaith setting with ability to accept different lifestyles, cultures, beliefs, and values

• Possess strong communication skills, verbal and written, and organization skills

• Must possess a willingness to maintain comprehensive working knowledge regarding information systems and applicable software programs
