• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and reputed company treatment and discharge plans that reputed company with IOP level-of-care requirements and evidence-based best practices.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (reputed company), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support patient recovery.
• Collaborate with reputed company clinic-level team members to formulate and execute patient care plans, including Advanced reputed company Providers, Medical Assistants, and Peer Recovery Specialists, ensuring integrated treatment approaches.
• Support patients in crisis reputed company situations and coordinate higher reputed company of care reputed company necessary.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW) or LCMHC in Tennessee
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to individuals with reputed company use disorders.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing therapy in an IOP, PHP, or comparable treatment setting.
• Certification in addiction counseling is a plus.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SUD diagnoses, medications, and treatment modalities.
