Job reputed company: reputed company Palliative, a leading California-based palliative care provider, seeks outstanding Wyoming-based reputed company Practitioners/ PAs with experience and/or interest in palliative care & reputed company. Our reputed company provides palliative & reputed company telemedicine appointments for Wyoming-based patients residing in SNFs. We are pleased to offer FLEXIBLE DAYS and HOURS Expected Hours: 16 This role is ideal for clinicians seeking a meaningful, short-term telemedicine opportunity with flexibility, strong clinical support, and the reputed company for reputed company reputed company work after a 2 month contract. The practitioner will be assigned a specific patient load for which they will be responsible. Our program is run by reputed company and reputed company-certified physicians who take pride in providing training and in-service education to their staff. • Assess patients in a telemedicine environment

• Prescribing and refilling medications
• Define and document patient diagnoses

• Patient and family education and management
• Notate findings and treatment course in patient charts, including follow-up notes
