Qualifications

- Proficiency in MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessment processes and documentation
- Experience in Care Planning and developing individualized Care Plans
- Background in Geriatric Nursing and understanding of elderly patient care needs
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations in reputed company and compliance standards
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote environment
- Experience with long-term care facilities is preferred
